Cancellation Policy
Farmers can cancel their request before the vendor accepts the service or starts traveling to the farm.
Farmers must cancel the service request in case of rain or natural calamities.
Once the vendor starts the service, farmers cannot cancel the request.
Vendors cannot cancel the service request after accepting it. If they fail to show up, they will be penalized.
If the vendor cancels the service or fails to show up, they will be penalized.
If the farmer cancels the service after the vendor starts the service, they will be charged a penalty.
In case of machine breakdown or any other unforeseeable reason, vendors must inform the farmer and arrange for an alternative machine to complete the service.
The OneFarmer team will act as a mediator to resolve any disputes between the farmer and the vendor regarding the service quality. Onefarmer team will not involve on price negotiation.
The OneFarmer team reserves the right to cancel any service request if it is found to be fraudulent or misleading.
Note: The cancellation policy is a part of the OneFarmer platform's terms and conditions. All users of the platform must agree to the policy before using the services. The OneFarmer team may modify the cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
